As a native Floridian, I've had a lot of pools in my life but never built one from scratch. I've heard all kinds of horror stories over the years about pool builders so I was a little trepidatious and did a lot of research before I decided to use Outback Pools.I'm happy to say I could not have had a better experience! They were here every single week and I got a text every Sunday letting me know what day they were going to be here and what was going to be done. The communication was absolutely outstanding throughout.The subcontractors they used for the cement and screens were also really great and very professional.I was so impressed with the owner of Outback and everyone who worked with him... Outback Pools just completed our pool and we could not be happier. They came out to our home, provided us with a price, and answered all of our questions and then came out again to finalize the contract when we were ready. Outback remodeled our existing inground pool which had begun losing water due to small leak. the bottom of the pool was also a bit ruff due to age. They redid the entire pool adding a handrail and new tile. They are very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Outback did an outstanding job delivering what they said they would. They communicated very well with us during all phases of the project. They came to our house during the planning stages, which was very convenient. Their equipment stayed within the boundaries of our small yard which kept us in good graces with our HOA and neighbors (this was very important). Because of weather, it was understandably difficult for Outback to exactly predict when they would be at our house. We had travel plans so we could not always easily accommodate a weather and other delays. They worked extremely well with us to ensure our vacation plans were not impacted and that the work proceeded in a timely manner. Finally, our sod company inexplicably put down half of our sod early, before the Outback had done the final grade or our yard. Outback went above and beyond the call of duty by moving the sod so that the final grade could be done.We are extremely happy with our pool and extremely pleased with the customer service we received from Outback Pools!!!!

Phenomenal service from the start of our project. We started with Cliff, the owner, meeting with us personally to establish the relationship and discuss what we wanted. Then he came and sat at our table with us and helped us select our colors for the pool and the decking. After that it all happened on time as scheduled with only a few weather related delays. From the pool to our aluminum enclosure Cliff, his wife Lisa and all of their crew members we respectful, professional and above all honest. We knew the cost, and how long it would take up front. From start to finish Outback Pools impressed us! We felt comfortable from our first meeting when they took time with us (over more than one visit) going over what we were looking for. We had a unique backyard and they were honest and respectful of our concerns and desires. They made recommendations without any pressure. Cliff went above and beyond and help guide us all along the way. The guys that worked on the pool were diligent and proud of the work they were doing. They were respectful and efficient. A few unique things that happened in our build: - after the plaster was set for the cool decking, it rained. They came the next day to check it out and try to repair it but decided they needed to redo the whole deck. This required a whole additional day of work sanding it all down and starting over. We were so happy with their dedication to perfection and were so thankful they took the time to make sure it was right. - while sanding all the plaster, of course dust was EVERYWHERE. They took the extra time to knock on my neighbors door and ask her if it would be ok if they blew off her back porch area and pool screen. This was above and beyond and blew us away! I want everyone to know what a great company this is! If you are considering a pool, don’t hesitate to use them. Not to mention….they were on time from the beginning to the end. Always came when they said they would and finished our pool a month+ ahead of schedule!!!!

We can’t say enough about this company. The quality and professionalism is superb. Joe and all his crews are amazing. We had a pool replastered with DiamondBrite(Marlin color). It had not been done in 25 years so you can imagine what condition it was in. The tiles were still in good shape so they remarcited without damaging original tiles. It looks like brand new. A few days after the job was done I had a question about the curing process. I called and received a call back within an hour. Thank you Joe and to all the professional crew workers.

The last of three quotes I received, and I was impressed immediately when Cliff looked at my 1967 pool and said, "We would only do this job, if you let us do it right, because this is what has to happen to prevent these same problems from reoccuring, and we stand by our product." The other two quotes I received from other complanies would have been just a bandaid on the problems, and I would have thought I was fixing it!Cliff, not only was our salesmen, but also involved from start to finish in buidling the pool himself. There were no hidden fees in the contract, in fact, we actually got money back because one part was less than what they anticipated.Sean, the owner, didn't like how my subpump was running that another contractor did years ago, so he went out of his way to move it and do it the right way. No charge to me either, just because thats how it should have been done in the first place.Honestly, by far, the best run buisness I have ever worked with. The rest of Seans team are made of hardworking, good honest guys that can be trusted. There is alot to be said about that.

My flagstone pool deck was in need of having some of the mortar replaced. I have contacted several different companies, most of which did not return my call and one was a no show. When I called Outback, they returned my call, scheduled an appointment within a week, called to confirm the appointment and then called to let me know they could be here sooner! So before I had even met them face to face, they had “knocked my socks off”! I met Joe and talked with him about the cosmetic concerns of my 40 year old pool, then he looked at the pool equipment and pointed out significant safety concerns with the electrical box. He immediately gave me contact information to his subcontractors to have that taken care of!! It’s hard to find companies like this one, they are very professional, very knowledgeable and dependable!!! Thank you Joe!

Everyone with Outback Pools was great!! We were given a start date in March 2021, and they were able to start in December 2020! It was a smooth easy process starting with the design and size of our pool through the final coat of paint on our deck! The various crews who came to work on our pool including Outback Pools, shock crete, concrete decking, cage/screen, electricians, painters, etc were all hardworking, professional, thorough, nice, and they all did a great job with clean up at the end of their day! After meeting with a few other contractors about pool construction, we were starting to think it wasn't a possibility because our backyard is sloped toward our house. Joe came out to consult with us and we were so pleased to hear that the pool could be constructed with a few creative modifications to what we had envisioned. Our yard was graded to include a trench and drain along the side of our house to help with rainwater and the pool deck has a thickened edge. This family company works hard to maintain their reputation. All interactions with them were professional and pleasant. When construction was completed, we were provided with thorough directions for care for our pool as well as contacts for sod and pool care service if we determined we needed them. As with all other decisions made throughout construction, there was never any pressure. We are relatively new residents to the area so I was thankful that I didn't have to research for these additional services on my own. Our pool was finished last week and I've already recommended this company to two other individuals. Outback Pools turned a backyard I hated to even see out the window to one I love to be in! We can't thank you enough!!

We were looking to build a pool and Outback Pools was recommended by friends, after doing some research we decided to use them as well. Joe came out to my house, went over plans with my wife and I and helped us come up with a good plan. Met with Joe mid June, came to an agreement and gave a deposit, they planned to start around Thanksgiving but broke ground early at the end of September. Was in contact with Joe by cell phone the entire time and he was there to answer any questions I had. The rest of the crew was great as well, everyone was easy to talk with and answered any questions I had. The 8-10 weeks timeline ended up being a little longer because of Thanksgiving/Christmas and of course COVID, but final inspections were all approved today on January 19th. In a few years we’ll be building a house and will have Outback Pools do the pool for sure. Thanks guys!

So we did our due diligence with regard to deciding whether we could do it in ground pool and who we would use. After meeting with Joe I knew immediately he came prepared with a way to show us how our house presently looked and how it would look once the pool was put into the ground. The experience and explanation Of how the process Would proceed you could understand it and not be overwhelmed Is so we made a decision that very day to move forward.Of course with the abundance of jobs being docked our job was months away that was probably the hardest thing to deal with but we were told if there was a cancellation that we would be notified and could make a decision if we were prepared to move forward and that is exactly what happened from that point until the pool was done which was in the timeframe that was given We were totally satisfied. We were kept informed all the way through the process Even with adding some other services timeframe was met and always treated with the upmost respect. There are not enough stars for me to rate this company accurately! I feel so lucky for them to have landed on my doorstep after making numerous phone calls and request for quotes that were never returned. It was truly meant to be. I would like to add to my list of 5 stars ratings....respectful, polite, clean, joyful, thoughtful, accurate, hard working, humble, gracious, attentive, caring, considerate, generous, honest, kind, hard working and gratitude. I was impressed their work ethic. Building a pool was a pipe dream for me that I never thought would be a reality. I had earmarked money and made great plans to remodel my kitchen. I literally searched online for “pool builders near me”, answered general online request for quote pages, made phone calls to at least 25 pool builders.
